We always follow a standard process to ensure the consistent quality of our coffee.

Starting from plant care: Our company guarantees farmers compliance with the standards of the UTZ certification, uses organic fertilizers and does not use pesticides.

Harvest: Selective-picking by hand. Only select the ripe cherries, then return to the tree several times over a few weeks to pick the remaining cherries as they ripen.

Processing method:

  • Washed:
    • Clean ripe cherries after harvesting with clean water
    • Use a pulping machine to remove the outer skin layers of the cherries from the beans within. Then wash them 1-2 times to remove the remaining outer skin
    • Natural fermentation from 18-24H (use clean water, avoid direct sunlight, pH 4.5)
    • After fermentation, the washing begins. The beans are washed with fresh water. This process is repeated a couple of times until the mucilage is removed
    • Dry for 3-4 days, depending on the weather, the beans must be dried to 12.5% moisture content (export standard)

  • Honey:
    • Clean ripe cherries after harvesting with clean water
    • Use a pulping machine to remove the outer skin layers of the cherries from the beans within, then dry it in the greenhouse. The coffee is peeled and then dried with the remaining layer of mucus
    • Dry for 3-4 days, depending on the weather, the beans must be dried to 12.5% moisture content (export standard)

Production process: The dry coffee beans continue to be removed the parchment layer (endocarp) and silverskin by machine, then graded and sorted by size. Beans are also reviewed for defective, unsatisfactory beans and remove impurities. We ensure that only the finest quality coffee beans are exported.

Roasting process: The green coffee beans are carefully selected. Using 100% size 16 or 18 (arabica and robusta). We invest in high-quality roasting machines and have a highly skilled roaster with many years of experience. All roasts are recorded and sampled. After roasting, the coffee is passed through the stone removal machine before packing. Coffee is repeatedly tested for quality and taste by cupping. We have experts certified Q-Grader certified by CQI (Coffee Quality Institute).

Before entering the roasting area, employees must go through the waiting room to change clothes and disinfect to ensure hygiene. We always take pride in our enthusiastic employees and our modern machinery system meeting international standards.
